In Inverness Sheriff Court , Hochtief Construction AG was fined £266,000 (reduced from £400,000 due to their plea of guilty) for a breach of Health and Safety legislation, following the death of Ondrej Hladik, a construction site worker employed by a company contracted to work on a Hochtief project.
