There is less than a week to go until the Corporate Manslaughter Act takes effect Failure to comply with the Act could result in fines as high as 10% of a company’s annual turnoverThe Corporate Manslaughter Act 2007 is a landmark in UK Law. From 6th April 2008 companies and organisations can be found guilty of Corporate Manslaughter as a result of serious management failures resulting in a gross breach of relevant duty of care.
