she ltd provide safety, health, environmental advice and training to business.
A primary goal of she ltd is to achieve the highest standards of quality in all our business practices. Our aim is to continually improve our company performance, while offering our customers a quality, cost effective and professional service.
Quality performance is one of the cornerstones of our company. To maintain quality performance of the highest level, the following aims are pursued:
• To determine what our customers require and enhance their customer satisfaction;
• To fulfil or exceed customer needs and expectations by delivering a quality service in a consistent and timely manner;
• To cultivate and maintain commitments to quality;
• To communicate our objectives to our employees, customers and to our associates;
• To comply with the requirements of the quality management system ISO 9001:2008*;
• To continually improve the effectiveness of our quality/ business management system;
• To continually improve our business;
• To include in our business plan appropriate quality objectives and measurable targets so that everyone who performs work for the company is responsible to help achieve these targets;
• To review the quality/ business management system for continuing suitability.
This policy will be communicated to our employees, our associates, our clients, and is available to the general public. This policy is fully endorsed by our directors. *The requirements of ISO 9001:2008 will become an integral part of our business management system.
