Suspended prison sentence for owners of a skip company in Bolton

A father and son who operated a waste site at Arch Street, Bolton have received (10 September 2010) suspended prison sentences for flouting environmental regulations. Michael and Mark Rogers were each given an eight week prison sentence suspended for two years, 200 hours unpaid work and have each been ordered to pay costs of £3,642.05 to the Environment Agency.
