The Environment Agency has refused to grant a permit to Taywell Composting Ltd for a composting plant at Bonsall. In August 2009, we received an application from Taywell Composting Ltd for an Environmental Permit, to compost food waste and green waste at Dunsley Mill, Bonsall.
