A skip hire company that stored waste on an industrial estate in East Tuddenham, Norfolk without a permit has been fined GBP1,000 and ordered to pay full costs of GBP1,452 by Norwich Magistrates’ Court today (Thurs).
Campbell Environmental Services Ltd pleaded guilty to breaching regulations but claimed it had taken waste to the site because it did not have the money to tip the waste at legal sites.
